We are looking for a high-level leader who understands that building a great restaurant starts with building great people. The General Manager position is for someone who leads with integrity, accountability, humility, and consistency while creating a culture where both employees and guests feel valued.

This role is responsible for leading the overall operation of the restaurant, developing leaders within the team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the restaurant consistently performs at a high level. Our General Managers are expected to lead from the front, set the standard for professionalism and work ethic, and create an environment where people are challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces responsibility, and takes pride in developing strong systems, strong leaders, and strong culture.

This is not a position for someone looking to simply oversee operations from a distance. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is willing to serve their team, solve problems, uphold standards, and take ownership of the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  •  Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution at a high level
  •  Build, lead, and develop management and hourly team members
  •  Create a culture centered around accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and service
  •  Maintain excellence in food quality, cleanliness, guest experience, and operational systems
  •  Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for the restaurant
  •  Ensure labor, food cost, inventory, and operational goals are consistently achieved
  •  Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency and accountability
  •  Lead by example through attitude, urgency, professionalism, and servant leadership
  •  Address challenges directly while maintaining respect and professionalism with employees and guests
  •  Foster an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, and valued

Qualifications

  •  Previous restaurant management experience required
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  •  Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  •  Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and inventory systems
  •  Highly dependable with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  •  Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable effectively
  •  Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  •  Manager Food Safety Certification required
  •  Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties as needed

Our Culture

We are building a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, humility, loyalty, and service. We believe leadership is about setting the example, serving others well, and bringing out the best in the people around you.

We value leaders who are dependable, disciplined, people-focused, and committed to doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Character matters here just as much as operational ability.

Our goal is to build teams where employees feel respected, encouraged, and motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

What We Value

  •  Excellence in execution
  •  Consistency in leadership
  •  Loyalty to the team and company
  •  Genuine service toward guests and coworkers
