Our family has been serving West Texas since 1978, and we are looking for full-time Team Members who want to be part of something meaningful. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and team-focused. You will help prepare and serve food that looks great, tastes great, and meets Bigham’s standards every time. You will also help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests.

What You’ll Do
As a Full-Time Team Member, you will:
- Work with a team-first attitude
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and often
- Prepare and serve food according to Bigham’s standards
- Build plates accurately and with attention to detail
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
- Follow food safety, health, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
- Help with dishes, cleaning, restocking, and other tasks as needed
- Run food to guests and interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
- Stay flexible and willing to help wherever the team needs you
- Slow down when needed to make sure the job is done right
- Take ownership of your role and look for ways to serve the team
- Represent Bigham’s with a positive attitude and a spirit of service
What We’re Looking For

- Willing to complete or maintain a Food Handler’s Certification
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Hours may vary based on restaurant needs and availability. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is preferred.
This role may be a good fit for college students with flexible schedules, recent graduates, or anyone looking for steady full-time work in a values-driven, team-focused environment.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
