Responsibilities

  •  Prepare and plate food accurately, efficiently, and consistently 
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your station and work areas 
  •  Communicate clearly and respectfully with coworkers and management 
  •  Assist teammates and contribute to a team-first environment 
  •  Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times 
  •  Support front-of-house operations when needed, including running food and interacting with guests 
  •  Adapt to changing needs during busy shifts and remain composed under pressure 
  •  Help maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for both guests and coworkers 
Qualifications

  •  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance 
  •  Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve 
  •  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills 
  •  Detail-oriented and able to follow systems and procedures consistently 
  •  Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying 
  •  Flexible and willing to take initiative when needed 
  •  Food Handler Certification required
