We are looking for a leader who understands that great restaurants are built by great teams. This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with accountability and respect, and takes pride in building a culture centered around excellence, consistency, loyalty, and service. 

Our managers are expected to lead from the front. Whether helping a guest, coaching an employee, running a shift, or stepping into operational tasks when needed, our leaders set the tone for the entire restaurant through their work ethic, attitude, and standards. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, creating structure, solving problems, and maintaining high operational standards while building a positive and motivated team environment. 

We are not looking for someone who simply manages schedules and labor. We are looking for someone who can lead people, maintain accountability, and help a team grow stronger every day. 

Responsibilities 

  •  Lead and develop team members through coaching, accountability, and consistent communication 
  •  Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment 
  •  Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, guest service, and operational execution 
  •  Lead shifts with urgency, organization, and attention to detail 
  •  Ensure systems, procedures, and checklists are consistently followed 
  •  Oversee inventory, food ordering, labor management, and daily operations 
  •  Hold team members accountable while treating them with professionalism and respect 
  •  Support and develop employees to help them grow personally and professionally 
  •  Lead by example through attitude, work ethic, and servant leadership 

Qualifications
 
  •  Previous leadership or restaurant management experience required 
  •  Strong communication and leadership skills 
  •  Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities 
  •  Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively 
  •  Professional, dependable, and self-motivated 
  •  Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance issues directly and respectfully 
  •  Manager Food Safety Certification required 
  •  Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties as needed

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
