Qualifications
- Previous leadership or restaurant management experience required
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance issues directly and respectfully
- Manager Food Safety Certification required
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties as needed
